3 Account Registration

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting the ora78 customer support team. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the member subject to the applicable withdrawal terms. Balances tied to bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

9.2 Closure by ora78
